Project Manager (Remote)

We are a Dubai-based company looking for a remote Project Manager to oversee our product development projects at Zone7.co. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing our product development projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
2.
Define project scope, timelines, and budgets
3.
Develop and implement project quality control measures
4.
Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders
5.
Identify and manage project risks and issues
6.
Develop and implement project quality control measures
7.
Ensure that product deliverables meet customer requirements and industry standards
8.
Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
9.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization
10.
Hire and manage skilled employees, as needed, to support project development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or computer science

Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
^
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
^
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment with multiple projects and priorities
^
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
^
Experience hiring and managing skilled employees in a remote work environment
^
Proficient in project management software and tools
